Pure Heritage are currently supplying some of the flour for a signature own label sourdough loaf in an upmarket supermarket and several other bakeries countrywide. We are looking for craft bakers who recognise the value heritage flours can add to their product in the aim of achieving a mutually prosperous long term relationship.

Although at present we grow exclusively wheats we are constantly exploring the potential of other heritage crops and if you have any particular interest in a specific product you would like reviving talk to us and let's see what we can do together.
